5. Building relationship with Retail Channel Partners, understanding their needs, motivating them to achieve higher growth.
6. Formulate and Implement Marketing Strategy for Retail Sales including Promotion Activity, Visibility drive etc.
7. Cascading down the Retail Sales Target in to Regions and Channels. Review periodically and support in achieving the same.
8. Interacting with Schaeffler Global Team to replicate global success stories.
9. Develop Retail Sales Team, identify their Training and Development Needs and integrate the same with their Development Plan.
