SAP HCM experience of 4+ years.
Should have minimum 2 end to end implementation experience including participation in Business blue print phase
Solid grounding in common business practices, policies and procedures in the areas of Human Resources
Strong fundamentals in areas of SAP HCM.
Understands the overall technical goals of the business and the
SAP hardware and software inventory and capabilities
Understands solutions or technologies that map to client needs, as well as prerequisites and hardware and software requirements
Need to have a strong understanding of at least one of the following:
* Detailed and proven SAP HCM knowledge in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Training and Events Management / LSO, Management by Objectives or e-Recruiting
* Strong technical background in interfaces or SAP Portal or Authorizations or SAP ESS/MSS or HCM Processes and Forms
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within either of the above mentioned SAP solution areas with 4 plus years of functional experience . Experience with international clients will be an added advantage.
In addition, you will need:
An understanding of project processes and methodology to support Project Management initiatives and delivery
Worked on at least 2 end to end implementation projects.
Excellent analytical skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
