1: Person will work from offshore in the functional track of client engagements to perform activities such as requirement analysis, fit gap analysis, business process, functional design, module configurations, test script development and execution, CRPs, training & workshops, etc.,
2: Report status of development back to onshore / offshore lead/ PM. Will have to interact directly with onshore team members, wherever applicable
3: Ability to understand the business requirement and create functional specification documents
4: Ability to ramp up on latest releases of Oracle Products within Oracle Fusion and put together the Fusion CoE offerings
5: Ability to produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, business process, functional design, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents adhering to Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies
6: Participate in quality assurance process for all functional deliverables
7: Strong verbal and written communication skills is a MUST.
