Minimum 6 years of work experience in IT consulting, of. Should have at least 2 Implementation Exp.
5+ yrs of relevant Technical skills using Oracle tools/applications like PL/SQL, XML Reports, OAF, Workflow and Fast Formulas
Work as a Technical consultant on Onsite/Offshore implementations.
Must have Strong product skills in Core HR, Payroll (must), SSHR and Data Model
Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM
Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product.
Project experience on the following areas: Implementation, Customization, Interface & Conversions, Support for Oracle Applications version 11i, 12.1
Travel Readiness to any region and to take up any assignment (Onsite/Offshore) for any duration.
Good Communication, interpersonal and Customer handling skills.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Quality documentation skills, Willingness/Ability to pick up new skills and domain expertise
