To support Dealer / Distributors in providing after sales service to assigned territory and improve profitability through spares business.
Key Thrust Areas / Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing after sales service to Distributors and complaint redressal.
Responsible for after sales network Expansion and infrastructure development.
Effective communication of product feedback from Distributor to HO.
Responsible for Spare Parts Management
Support Distributors in Service Promotion activities.
Responsible for manpower development through technical training on products.
Workshop Management /Revenue
Key Tasks & Activities:
Responsible for network expansion through appointment of new networks, develop standards of CI norms (as per territory) and ensure implementation and maintenance of the same.
Planning of showroom and workshop layouts & preparing complete workshop setup for a new distributor including finalization of tools and equipment.
Development of corporate identity and Service process for International distributor and implementation.
Prepare Manpower structure for distributor/showroom and provide technical Training to Distributor & Dealers technical staff through classroom/ OJT method. Develop training notes for existing and new products.
Establish reporting processes and implementation- A) P.D.I., B) Product technical feedback, C) Field failure, D) Service reports, E) Field activities.
Ensure timely redressal of customer complaints.
Audit vehicles at plant before dispatch, for no issues in the product.
Support in development of CKD/SKD assembly plant for the distributor.
Plan and conduct sales support and service promotional activities.
Develop warranty policy as per market requirement.
Develop CKD & SKD packing process for export orders, at plant. Coordinate with the plant and vendors for packing of export vehicle.
Development of Owners Manual for Export.
Ensure adequate spare parts availability at network, and coordinate with plant for timely dispatch.
Check for the correctness of the distributor claims and ensure timely processing.
Development of vehicle stuffing in container and improvement of load-ability, Negotiate with vendors.
Develop Internal Process (CI, SOP for service& Spare, CKD/SKD Process) for every new market and execute/implement the same.
