The role of the strategist is to work within these hubs supporting and challenging the client teams across all the clients (big and small) contained within there. Helping to drive best practice planning from insight gathering to creative execution, but more importantly we ask you to be provocative, to ask questions and help the teams produce award-winning and business-changing work.
In addition within Maxus there are a number of 'specialists' including Maxus Partnerships, Data & Analytics, Maxus for Business, Insight, Metalworks & Global Planning; the role will require you to foster relationships to enable you to engage individuals at a senior level to connect services and knowledge pools across the company and to identify any opportunities which exist within our client basis.
Identify, lead and nurture strategic thinking within Maxus client hub. Be a provocative voice within our teams to challenge set-thinking and automatic behaviors. Identify new and interesting solutions for our existing clients through new opportunities and partnerships. Find and foster new relationships with emerging technology and media platforms for the business benefit of our clients and Maxus. Lead by example and assist the development of others through training and development programs. Develop and execute thought stimulating comments and opinions
