- Post Graduate with more than 3 years of experience from a premiere asset management company/ managing bancassurance from insurance companies.
- Experience in Sales and having served Banks & National Distributors.
- Shall have qualified AMFI.
- Good Communication Skills:-Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Selling Skills:
- Present-ability and positive attitude,ability to handle clients,proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
- Analytical Skills:- Management information analysis and problem solving.
- Organisational Skills:- Ability to build trusting relationships with existing and potential premiere Banks & National Distributors.
- To Serve as high touch point of contact for Banks & National Distributors.
Education Post Graduate
- To be accountable to serve the unique and complex needs of Premiere Segment of Banks & National Distributors.
- To establish and maintain relationships with key clients to promote schemes.
- To mobilize targeted funds for various schemes in the channel area through the channel field force.
- To be responsible for product placement, new business development, key negotiations and marketing campaign to promote schemes to the premiere segment - Banks & National Distributors.
- To educate the clients about the schemes pre sales and converting them to buy these schemes.
