Ideal candidates must have a PE License, a BS in Civil/Environmental or Chemical Engineering, MS degree preferred, and 15 to 20 years' experience in potable water system engineering. Client relationships in the NY/NJ water/wastewater Metro Region and State/Federal regulatory experience are preferred. Experience in water supply systems, wastewater collection, pumping and secondary/tertiary treatment facilities as well as process and facility design is preferred.
Significant experience in the planning, design and construction of water treatment facilities, including both groundwater and surface water treatment plants and residuals treatment systems
Detailed knowledge and understanding of drinking water quality and regulations
Detailed knowledge of regulatory permitting requirements
Capability to work with and direct multi-discipline design teams
Proven client liaison with outgoing personality and excellent communication and writing skills
Successful track record of winning work
Client and regulatory personnel experience is preferred. This position requires strong technical, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
