Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Planning, organizing, and working with technical and management groups in the delivery of a range of transit and rail programs.
Developing and presenting deliverables to clients for status, updates, reporting to a political board and sub-committees.
Managing program and project managers to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed upon scope.
Participating with senior leaders in the establishment of short and long term plans for the transit and rail programs.
Developing new and maintaining existing client relationships.
Actively participating in the development of the HMM Program Management group.
Licensed Professional Engineer, or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years' experience in design, project / program management and construction administration; with recent involvement in major program management assignments.
Extensive experience in the rail and transit sector.
Civil or Structural Engineering capabilities would be beneficial.
Demonstrated interest in the development and maintenance of client relations.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Desire to work with multiple agencies to develop projects and programs in a collaborative fashion.
