Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving the JC organization and partners across all channels in achieving the sales targets for the state and be the first point of contact for providing resolution to sales related disputes and queries

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure execution of RJIL sales strategy and delivering sales acquisition targets (including ensuring customer retention / quality of acquisition targets) for all channels and assign sales target to JCs

Build networks and strategic alliances to drive business development and revenues

Offer and own delivery of value proposition to the channel partners

Implement policies and processes around channel build-up including channel partner selection, on-boarding and relationship management

Provide inputs for changes to channel design including partner selection guidelines and performance management parameters in line with local requirements

Ensure consistency and coherence in the implementation of channel strategy within the state and manage escalations in case of disputes

Design and implement channel specific schemes for promotion and channel partner engagement

Develop and drive implementation of Promotion strategies, programs and campaigns in the state

Monitor Performance against sales plans and targets and review periodically to take corrective action and ensure payouts as per schemes

Ensure preparation of sales forecast for all channels in the state

Ensure coordination with Training team at NHQ to ensure capability development across all levels

Collate competitor/market intelligence in the state and take appropriate action (after discussing with State S&D Head and NHQ)

Experience in interacting with various channel formats such as Retailers, large format retail chains, branded stores etc.

Experience in managing vendors and partners

Knowledge & Skills :

Must have market knowledge of all channels within the state

Knowledge of Geography/ Local language

Knowledge of all channel formats present in the state
