The incumbent will be responsible for :
Course ware Structuring through idealization, research and Sector interviews (Offline & online)
Directives for learning modules through qualitative market research (User & Industry)
Formulating Academic inquiries for SMEs. 1st Level qualitative testing of final course ware for any improvisation directives.
Course ware budgeting and pricing vis--vis business plan and estimated subscription revenue plan.
Addressing FAQs. Managing Subscriber Query (Customer Care), Feedback & routing of query.
The ideal Candidate should be an Postgraduate with about 6+ years of experience in Market research in domains of Concept development and educational products.
