* Organize/conduct regular training programs to skill the telesales team

* Calibrate tele sales scripts on the basis of business need and priorities.
* Managing Call quality by constant scrutiny of calls made by the team.
* Need based interventions to enhance tele productivity.
* Liaison with Content Development team and external vendor for need based effective training programs

* Post Graduate
* Insurance/Financial Sector -- Outbound Tele Sales Training specialization
* 6-8 years in sales training and development
* Proficiency in English, Hindi (or one regional languages)
