Lead South zone Return centers (multiple facilities, team size 200-350 )
Will be expected to travel atleast one week in month
Delivering Business Impact by driving business processes, solving problems, and driving positive change within the organization.
Apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects.
Responsible for the overall TAT adherence, quality and internal as well as customer experience of both Inbound & Outbound operations.
Accountable for Inventory across facilities & maintaining 99.95% stock accuracy
Work closely with cross functional team like Logistics, liquidation & supplier return understand projections and plan operational capacity accordingly
Work closely with Process & training team to implement new developments both at system and process level
Set metric for entire operations to measure performance & provide feedback on performance for each department.
Develop and maintain strong handshake processes across supply chain to ensure smooth reconciliation and integrity of material
Demonstrate leadership abilities with business units using appropriate influencing and consensus building skills to manage expectations and cultivate relationships.
Brainstorms on ideas and processes to maximize productivity of return center operations.
Should be able to work independently with ability to take quick as well as rational decision to be in line with rapid growing business
