To write SOPs / SLAs for all major accounts in the region
To ensure horizontal deployment of best practices across the Region
To implement operational practices and procedures in line with HO policies
To plan periodic audits
To develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the regional team
To be the face to large/strategic customers
To support the sales team with vital operational inputs and prospective customer visits whenever required.
To periodically review customer KPIs and work with the team on improvement measures.
Candidate should be 8+ Years of experience in Warehousing & Logistics.
