Job Description

Project management lead on all RFQ bidding (Electronics & Mechanical B.O.M costing, tooling, process engineering matrix, packaging, logistics)
Team management duties of 5 business development personnel
Ensure VA is maintained 20-30% (depending on EMS competition
P&L ownership for all new business acquisition (Ensure healthy margins on all direct materials, production, engineering NRE, labour cost, packaging, logistics and profit )
Main window for overseas OEM's and escalation point for all commercial, technical matters
Contract reviews, negotiations and agreement sign off.
