Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
Responsible for ensuring compliance with respect to contract labour deployed at all HGS locations
Responsible for obtaining required license for employing contract labour and its renewal from time to time
Responsible for ensuring compliance's with respect to all building/facilities across all locations
Laisoning with Govt. agencies as required with respect to various compliance's aspects
Filing of statutory returns with respect to contact labour deployed at HGS facilities across all locations by HGS as required under law.
Monitoring & ensuring all contract agencies filing the required returns with Labour department in a timely manner for the contracted employees deployed at HGS facilities
Monitoring filing of PF/ESI returns by contract agencies as per law as against payments made by HGS
Comply with all local/Municipal/Electricity board requirements
Comply with Pollution control board requirements across all locations including Air Water consent, Hazardous/E-waste disposal & battery management.
Be custodian of all licenses/approvals from Govt. agencies for all locations.
Responsible for invoice verifications of all contract employees for payment certification
Responsible for all internal/external audit compliance and monitoring
Compliance of health & safety issues of all Contract employees
Compliance adherence monitoring for all locations
Desired Knowledge, skills and attitudes:
Good knowledge of contract labour abolition & regulation act
Good/working knowledge of ESI/PF act as applicable to principle employer perspective
Knowledge of PCB norms
Three to four years of relevant work experience in BPO/manufacturing industry
Good written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Hindi & Kannada is essential while knowledge of other regional/local languages is desired
