Experience with documentation of business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
Health and Human Resource s Domain experience required.
Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
Functional testing including reviewing test plans, compiling results and supporting test users.
Preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
Organizing, leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Business process definition, documentation and re engineering.
Experience in creating operational procedures to promote applications from development to production for technical and non-technical staff.
Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs
