Reports AVP/Sr Manager BA
Managing projects or sub-projects, including planning, documentation of requirements, progress monitoring, test planning and execution and implementation.
Completion of business justification / business case / change request documentation
Planning co-ordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing, including documentation for management and audit purposes.
Identify process improvements, developing a new process, completing any relevant documentation for technology builds.
Work closely with other business units within the department. This will involve influencing skills and good presentation skills.
Project and product management expertise
7-12 yr of relevant experience
Capital Markets domain knowledge (Hedge funds, Investment Banks, Broking).
Preferably international markets (US/Europe/APAC)
Good understanding and experience on listed and OTC (Credit and Interest rate) products
SDLC Work experience for trade life cycle that includes one or all of the below functions:
o Execution, Booking, Amendment, Maturity/Expiration, Novation, settlement, Front/Middle/ Back office operations, Regulatory, Risk & Financial Reporting, Performance attribution, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reference data management
o Basic to advanced level SQL, Dot Net, Java, C++ skills
o Knowledge of relational databases
o Expertise on MS Project, MS Visio, Visual Basic
o Expertise in defect/test management tools (Jira, ClearQuest etc)
