1) Experience of SAP HR design and configuration within an SAPECC 6.0 environment
2) 6-7 Years experienced in SAP HCM modules ( OM, PA, PT, ESS/MSS)
3) Must have completed at least 2 full life-cycle implementations
4) Experience in designing and configuring MSS Processing and Forms
5) Understanding of complex workflows and security profiles
6) Hands on experience in concurrent employment
7) Working experience in HR renewal - a plus
8) Experienced in all levels of testing from unit testing to user acceptance testing. Ideal candidate should be detailed oriented and should perform thorough testing, retesting, or regression testing on all possible testing scenarios.
9) Candidate must possess superior communication and interpersonal skills as he/she will be called upon to work with various users and stakeholders of the system, particularly in the gathering of requirements.
