We are currently seeking a Sales Service Coordinator to support Services team. The individual will be responsible for assisting Sales Support Management and Sales directly in the development, implementation, and control of Sales Support programs to maintain and increase market share and profits for interventional product lines. Assists with Sales research, data analysis, competitive and product line coordination. Actions directly impact customer satisfaction and sales force focus and direction.
1. Processes paperwork, including: stock transfer forms, RGAs, sterile/non-sterile product sample requests, and consignment requests.
2. Responsible for all sales vendor credentialing which directly relates to sales force ability to access hospital facilities. Responsible for keeping sales force medical records up to date for vendor credentialing. Works closely with compliance department for hospital policy review and acceptance/acknowledgment.
3. Assumes selective day-to-day administrative and coordinator responsibility as directed by Sales Support Management.
4. Assists in the distribution of field sales marketing material intended to promote regular communication with sales reps.
To qualify for this position candidates must possess:
High School Diploma
Associate's Degree and/or equivalent experience in business/customer service
2 years experience in the following: Customer service, basic accounting & phone skills
Medical device / pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP, office procedures.
