To work as Sales Manager ( Residential Real Estate ) with this premium, leading player in the Residential Real Estate space. This position is based in Bengaluru . As Sales Manager, you will report in to the Regional Sales Head and be responsible for achievement of Sales Targets through Order Booking, Unit Sales and Collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring Customer Satisfaction for the assigned project(s). At a strategic level, you would participate in conceptualizing Sales Plans and Activities for maximizing Order Booking for the Project. You would consistently evaluate Market Trends and Competitor moves so as to protect existing sales and to maximize future sales opportunities. You would develop and optimize a good network of Property Consultants, Brokers and other Agents to ensure good market penetration and maximum effective sales effort.
You are a graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute. You have completed an MBA in Sales/Marketing from a good college. Over the last 8 years or so you have acquired substantial exposure to Residential Real Estate Sales in the Mumbai Market. You have worked with top end companies and are familiar with the processes followed for search, engage and closure on an aggressive plane. This position is specifically intended for a candidate currently based in Mumbai but one who is desirous or relocation to Bengaluru.
