1. Market Research: Carry out prospecting activity to generate leads and convert leads into customers. Sending introduction, visiting leads, understanding heat treatment requirements.
2. RFQ processing: Coordinate for feasibility study, quotation preparation, Price negotiation.
3. Sample processing and Trials: Coordinate with Production, quality & supply chain teams for trials and submission of PPAP documentation within time committed to the customer.
4. Present visit plan, visit report, business potential, competitors activities to the management on regular basis.
5. Participate/visit Trade shows, exhibitions to promote company and brand building
Key Account Management:
1. Customer Schedules: Follow-up and communicate monthly heat treatment schedule for assigned customer accounts to all concerned departments. Coordinate with planning department to facilitate timely planning of customer material.
2. Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve the complaint in stipulated time period. To participate and provide information to CFT to resolve customer complaint.
3. Receivable Management: Follow-up with the customers for timely payment collection. Resolve in case of debit notes.
4. Supply Chain Management: Follow-up for customer material for heat treatment and ensure on-time deliveries of the same.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Visit customers regularly and address customer issues timely to drive customer satisfaction.
6. Track market information and competitor's information and present to Management.
7. Prepare customer MIS and present it Management on monthly basis. Maintain customer information / database.
8. Maintain and update ISO/TS 16949 documentation
