Should be well versed with selling Microsoft solutions (cloud and Infrastructure solutions and services) within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
Manages an assigned business solution portfolio (Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solution) to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Should possess good knowledge on office 365 and Azure solutions
Collaborates with Microsoft in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Should have good understanding of Microsoft product line and various licensing models.
Alignment with EPG (Enterprise Product Group) & SMSP-CA (Corporate Accounts) and should have worked with these team earlier
Proven record of effective account management, including Account Planning, Opportunity Generation and Management, Communication Plans, and Business
Should have Experience in selling productivity solutions both on-premise and online Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Azure
A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of Six years of related experience; Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
