Overall 15 + years experience, with proven track record in sales and in having sound experience in driving sales in SAP, Enterprise Solutions
Strong experience in SAP consulting in USA / Canada markets.
Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise, to conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
Strong business connects with VARS, system integrators in the US markets
Smart and quick to respond, aggressive, focused business leader, someone whom the team, & management can look upon.
To build and maintain our BRAND in the US market.
To head the US sales operations over the next 5 yrs with a vision of establishing a strong base in the SAP market.
Be accountable for the all the sales activities in US.
Manage the operational excellence; build the COE for the sales team.
Increase revenue and profits for company.
Prepare the annual business plan in line with the overall business and organizational goals.
Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame.
Provide feedback to the sales team on areas requiring focus & improvement.
