Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Graduate & min 3 to 4 yrs of experience in Freight Forwarding

Job Description :

Candidate should be from Freight forwarding industry only
Responsible for the department KPI & revenue target.
Build a good repo with existing key customer & make an in road for other Business opportunity.
Try enhancing the revenue from the existing customer base by crossing selling
Mapping of potential customer based on NIPPON strength & work towards getting them on boards
Build constant revenue from the customer who has regular exports loads
Apprising Market trends/ competitors information and sharing the same with concern department.
Identifying sales resources and training them for better sales approach.


Excellent Communication skill,
Having good Customer base & geographical knowledge.
Able to generate business rapidly
Having fair idea about Ocean & Air Movements,
Capable to handle the Global RFQs.
