Focus has to be on acquiring new customer relationship along HVS / SME segments.
Close working relationship with in-house Branch Bankers - Premium/ SME RM for CASA, Deposits,.Cards cross-sell and other referral products like Insurance, Assets and PMS
Must be a graduate. MBA"s will be preferred.
Sales experience of at-least 2-3 years of which 1 year must have been in managing a direct sales team from Banks will be preferred.
Experience in handling Deposit Products of a Bank would be an advantage.
