Job Description

The CBM will be responsible for all sales and customer care responsibilities of the respective cluster to ensure enough month on month increase of sales volume, improvement in the market share and brand recognition and visibility in that cluster, broadening the network in the cluster and also ensure the customer satisfaction improvement.

Key Thrust Areas/ Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Dealer-wise Target Setting for all the Individual Dealers and also Target Setting for Retail Executives.
Responsible for Demand Management from Dealers end (Dealer Inventory management) and Monitor the availability of vehicles to Dealers as per requirement.
Responsible for meeting the Volume Targets for the Clusters.
Responsible for Primary as well as Secondary Network Expansion in the Cluster
Responsible for Planning and Execution of Tactical Activities in the Cluster as plan for Market Expansion, Awareness and Interest for the Brand and also monitor the allocation the budget for the same.
Responsible for monitoring the support from Service Engineers, Customer Support Functions and other stakeholders involved for the smooth functioning of the Touch Points.
Responsible for monitoring the Dealers Financial Health and take care of dealer long term development.
Scout for opportunities in the cluster, for prospective primary and secondary touch points, weigh viability of the same and solicit the support of ZBMs to capitalize on the opportunity.
Explore the opportunities of Institutional and Indirect Sales in the Cluster and collaborate with HO and ZBM to exploit the opportunities.
Responsible for execution of the plans to face market forces like, seasonality, competitors new launch etc.
Responsible for Motivation as well as Learning and development of the entire team in the clusters.
Responsible for monitoring the day to day operation of the dealers and sort out ambiguities.
Responsible for Tracking Inquiry Management and work towards improving inquiries as well as conversion percentage.
Responsible for engaging with the customer on a regular basis and work to improve upon customer satisfaction and word of mouth praise for building image of the brand.
Responsible to ensure that all Dealerships are DMS equipped and entire Data Management System is functioning smoothly.
Responsible to ensure that the dealerships are complying with the CI Norms
Responsible for efficient management of Cluster Budget.
