Job Description

Coordinates and monitors dashboard reporting for billing and collections
Identify process improvement opportunities and develops action plans around key initiatives
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly vendor invoices
Assist with month end close, P/L account analysis and reconciliation, financial reporting, and managing quarterly bank audits
Responsible for revenue loss management and loss prevention by performing detailed audits that enable revenue recovery and cost saving opportunities
Responsible for weekly reporting of usage data, creating and monitoring departmental KPI s, trend and root cause analysis, monitoring and updating dashboards and communicating results to executive management
Support front office teams with financial support for new product launches, service plans, and promotions
Analyze and documented process flows for usage collection, mediation, rating, and billing and made recommendations for improvements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must be proficient in Excel, MS Project, and Vision
Experience with creating and maintaining templates
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to express ideas clearly and logically and communicate with all levels of management
Requires good interpersonal skills including ability to work independently resolve conflicts and handle complaints
Requires ability to negotiate/sell
