Job Description

Retail Practice Leadwould lead Solutions, Presales and sales support activity for prospects and existing customers across the globe. Key responsibility would be to help the sales teamto come up with the sales and solution pitch, help them in packaging the message, deliver thought leadership, differentiation and value to the clients. The Practice Lead would also design, build future state solutions in our COE and demonstrate the same to customers and prospects. This could involve leading a team, working with a project plan and deliver solutions across multitude of Technologies across the core process areas of Retail
Roles & Responsibilities

Understanding of Business & IT trends and ability to spot future opportunities

Work with different application / technology competency teams to create integrated / next generation solutions in line with market / client expectations

Position & articulate to Prospects / Customers the capabilities &solutions and business impact

Thought leadership initiatives to customers, prospects, analysts, conferences and media

Lead / participate in consulting engagements with customers

Analyze, design, and solve client's business / process and IT pain areas

Play the role of Solution Integrator and functional consultant role based on the requirement

Support pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations for relevant opportunities

Support revenue growth by working closely with sales and BD teams in spotting opportunities and taking it through the entire sales process
