To work as Regional Sales Manager with this Diagnostics Company which specialises in providing state of the art in vitro diagnostic services such as molecular diagnostics to the Healthcare and Allied Communities. This is a regional head role and reports directly to the Head - Sales & Marketing of the company. The position is based in New Delhi / NCR. In this position you will be expected to execute the regional sales and marketing strategy of the company in line with the overall objectives and financial goals. You role in the initial phase will be to help build the sales and marketing division in your region. You will train, guide and mentor your Team for month on month achievement of targets. You will build relationships with Key Accounts. You will ensure proper coordination between Operations and Sales such that all Customers receive the highest quality of care and responsiveness. This role involves a fair amount of travel which you must be in a position to undertake at short notice.
You are a graduate In Pharmacy ( B. Pharma ) or Medicine ( MBBS ) from a reputed institute. You have secured a post graduate qualification such as an MBA/PGDM or an M. Pharma. Over the last 5 to 10 years or so you have have built a successful career in Healthcare Sales & Marketing. Of these you have spent a minimum of 2 to 3 years in selling Diagnostics Services or you have been selling Healthcare Equipment or Consumables. You are currently working with one of the leading Diagnostics Clinic Chains in India . You are at a senior position and are actively looking to move into a leadership role at the regional level. Ideally you are a resident of New Delhi or have no issues with relocating to New Delhi to take up this assignment.
