Planning &scheduling team assignments to achieve preset goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
To achieve sales target in value, volume & month wise in territory.
Weekly and monthly revision of set targets and overall sales growth in the area
Increase market share & effective utilization of budget.
Setting up intelligent sales systems for market information flow
Merchandising strategy, market infrastructure development
Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points.
Responsible for the management of the annual marketing budget and preparation of the report on annual budget.
Demonstrated the annual report at the sales and marketing conference.
Candidate should be PG with 8 years experience in Construction Chemical Industry or a similar industry
