Responsible for executing annual sales objectives and growth initiatives targeted specifically towards Student Acquisition from multiple channels such as Campus Programs, Referrals and Off-campus drives for Skill Development programs for entry-level roles in IT, Banking and Insurance industries.
He/ She will help drive new business and expand relationships with current channels and partners.
He/ She provide sales leadership and have responsibility for the selection, development and performance of the sales team.
Required Skills and Experience
* MBA from a premier B-School, with specialization preferably in Marketing or HR
* 7-10 years of sales experience in Education, Retail industries or large scale recruitment for entry-level roles in India
* Excellent communication skills to effectively correspond with a diverse audience
* Strong meeting and presentation skills
* Able to influence and build relationships at all levels
* Creative problem solver
* Motivated, self-starter. Enjoy challenging work and have a strong desire to learn and progress.
