1. Recruitment and Retention
*Responsible for entire recruitment inSouth/West at both Frontline and Managerial positions including sourcing,shortlisting conducting interviews and making offers.
*Maintain employee number as per the budgetand track it on a monthly basis
*Keeping a regular pulse on employeesatisfaction and take proactive measures to ensure retention
2. Employee Engagement
*Reach out to the frontline and officebased staff to ensure good connect and resolve people issues proactively.
*Suggesting and implementing regionalemployee engagement programs
*Running corporate programs in each region
3. Compensation & Benefits
*Driving/participating in annual incrementdiscussions for South/West with Regional Sales Managers for frontline positions
*Managing all the benefits programs of the company in respective region
*Suggest and close the compensation fitmentfor the new hires in the region
*Handling queries of employees in theregion relating to the compensation and payroll
4. Capability Building
*Conducting induction program for newjoinees to ensure they gain adequate knowledge about the company and beautyindustry in general
*Analyse training needs, finding skill gapsand managing Training programs for the field teams with the help of TrainingManagers at head office
5. Core HR Processes
*Ensure flawless execution of the following Core people processes like Performance Management System, Empower 360 FeedbackSurvey, Employee Engagement Survey, Employee talent Classification
If candidate is from a premium MBA institute then 1-3 years.
If candidate is from a non-premium MBA institute then 5-6 years.
At least 1 year of experience of Sales HR/Regional HR/ HRBP
Should have experience of hiring frontline Sales team
