This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's products in a specified region or major geographical area. Provides ongoing support to clients in that region for all core products & services.
60% Revenue generation through sale of core products, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
20%. Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches ,contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for deeper penetration of products & services in the region.
10% Participates in education and HR conferences & represent the Company at events in the region.
5% Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth.
5% Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to
clients /members. Checks on competitive activity
