Manage the end to end recruitment process for all employees from requisition through to on-boarding. Identify and utilize sourcing channels balancing effectiveness with cost efficiency. Conduct headhunting exercises through Social Media Networking with existing candidates to reach out to required talents on the market Interview and shortlist ideal candidates Manage the sourcing of candidates, providing a shortlist of candidates to line managers based on their brief. Develop a policy for assessment which covers all jobs and grades based on the competencies required for each role. Provide regular structured updates to recruiting managers during the end to end process to ensure they are fully aware of the recruitment status. Track feedback on new recruits to evolve the recruitment process and level of new joiner success. Preferred Hands on experience on Online related social media, job portals and web presence. Experience in recruiting Candidates from India for UAE/ Gulf and its required formalities. Minimum 2 years in overseas recruitment's. Expert in salary negotiations.
Education and Skills:
Any Graduate / PG At least 4 years working experience Background in agency and/or inhouse role would be considered Indian Nationality Required. Ideally experience of recruiting for Gulf/ UAE Strong negotiation skills Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office and knowledge of technical and HR based applications Mature and confident personality and capable of dealing with senior level management Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
