Understand the firm, its Functions, compliances, initiatives, and most importantly the hiring needs
Understand the assigned service areas, technologies and sourcing processes
Recruit in US market
Consultative skill to prepare and present candidate marketplace analysis with sourcing and recruiting strategy to PPDs
Ability to articulate Company's value proposition to prospective candidates in the US
Develop long term association with target candidates and communities
Engage with passive candidates (not looking for a job change) and warm them up to look for an opportunity with the Firm
Manage clients, businesses and other stakeholders
Enforce process adherence and compliance by all the teams
Advanced sourcing skills to use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate passive candidates
Timely reporting and analysis.
Working with virtual teams.
Strong working knowledge in MSOffice tools
Strong/Excellent Written &Verbal Communication Skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and ambiguity
Effective Time Management
Ability to skillfully handle clients and stakeholders
Knowledge on Database Management System.
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Analytical Skills, Reporting dashboards
Simplifying processes and finding better ways of supporting clients
Manage projects independently and drive them to completion
Take up projects and process enhancements, improvements to maximize operational efficiency
Act as a coach/ guide for the team members.
Ability to manage critical tasks and assignments
Partner with Business and act as a business advisor
