Exposure to Quality Management / Quality Assurance
ISO 9000, 20000 experience
12-18 years of experience in field of Quality (preferably in telecom domain).
Should be able to assure consistent quality of service by enforcing continual improvement project, automations, identification and elimination of wastes etc.
Proven track record of leading and managing quality initiatives that have resulted in improved productivity and reducing cost.
Should have prior experience of developing and validating processes, value stream mapping and documentation.
Should have achieved quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and implementing action plans.
Should have excellent knowledge and hands on experience on quality methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TQM etc
