Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the quality assurance team's effort for all services maintained by company's Global Service Delivery Center to move from the current status to a top service management site able to meet demanding customer required.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Management or a related field
5 years of equivalent work experience of Quality Assurance management (preferably in BPO/KPO industry).
ISO Certified Internal Auditor (or Higher).
