Experience in Process Quality Management and implementation.
Proven experience in implementing process models CMMI Dev 1.3 CMMI ML 3, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013.
Scheduling, coordinating and conducting internal audits of Delivery projects and support functions
Provide process facilitation to projects and functions on CMMI and ISO implementation
Good Understanding of Waterfall, Iterative, Agile software development methodologies.
Define and implement Process improvements.
Should have experience in conducting process training.
Evaluate process improvement proposals and deviations
Good Communication skills
Good to have Project Management Knowledge
Experience with Excel/Macros and ability to apply Statistical Analysis
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new initiatives
Exposure to Implemented various Quality Principles & Standards like Statistical Techniques, Expertise in life-cycle management, standard procedures and policies, and process improvement initiatives
Evangelize Quality Management in the entire organization by imparting Training and continuous improvement initiatives in QMS and ISMS process frameworks.
Analyzing organizational metrics performance and helping projects understand, evaluate and improve their performance quantitatively.
Establishing performance baselines and helping project teams to establish project level performance baselines using statistical methods.
