Building and maintaining strong professional long term relationships with publishers and liaising with key players the media landscape
Focusing on growing and developing existing key accounts, together with generating new business
Interface between Key Accounts, Partners (media- and publishing houses as well as websites and blogs) and internal departments
Coordination and processing of the orders (reportings and quality control)
Contract negotiations with current and future partners including sales and profit responsibility.
Preparing sales reportings and present them to the Management team.
Cross- and Up- Selling of products / solutions
Promotion and brand development
Representing plista and its products at trade fairs.
Leading a team of Account managers and Support specialists
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Master Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
Relevant work experience with online marketing background
Experience in customer liaison and support with website operators or publishers
Experience in Account Management and/ or Sales Management
Solid network within the digital media industry, ideally on the side of media owners
Strong customer focus and a likable appearance
Persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Profound skills in MS-Office
Familiar with CRM- Systems
The role will initially have a fairly start up feel so an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to get sleeves rolled up will be essential.
