Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. The ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of projects. Where applicable, is involved throughout the Project Lifecycle from Bid Management, Scope negotiations and Project Delivery Management.
Key Performance Indicators are :
1. Project Delivery - Schedules and Financials Meet or Exceed Baseline contracted Project Schedules and Financials 70%
2. Customer Satisfaction. Measured through Surveys and/or Change Orders obtained 20%
3. Appropriate/Timely Contribution to the Project Knowledge Repositories throughout the Project Life-cycle 10%
