Educational Qualifications:

BE / B Tech / MCA

Good To Have: MBA / Post Graduate

Exp before MBA:

At least 9-12 years of experience in the IT Industry
At least 3 years in Banking & Financial Services Industries
At least 4 years in Process improvements and PMO roles
Experience in working in Dev-Ops and Agile methodologies.
Experience in working in CMMI ML3 and ITIL-based process environments
Experience in implementation of PMP / ALM tool.
Experience in setting up Balanced scorecards and Dashboards for management review
Experience in use of Statistical techniques in Software Industry for Process control

Good To Have:

Experience in various roles in Software Development
Experience in Defect Prevention techniques and conducting Causal Analysis
Experience in Process Tool selection and Implementation
Experience in conducting Internal Audits
Experience in use of Statistical techniques in Software Industry for establishing Process capability baselines

Key Responsibilities:

Skills:

PMP certification
Knowledge of models and standards such as CMMI, ITIL/ISO 20000-1 and ISO 9001
Knowledge of the various Business Excellence models such as EFQM, MBNQA, and CII-EXIM Award
Knowledge of various SDLC models
Knowledge of Agile/ Scrum Techniques
Knowledge of the 7 QC tools and Peer Review techniques
Knowledge of Organization Change Management Techniques
Excellent knowledge on basic Quality Concepts and terminology
Experience in working with Support functions and on using Service Quality concepts

Good To Have:

Knowledge of the COBIT model and Governance concepts
Knowledge of Information Security standards such as ISO 27001
Experience in implementing Organization Change Management Initiatives
Knowledge of TQM and Lean concepts
Knowledge of Program and Demand management concepts
Knowledge of Project Management concepts, Estimation methods, Measurement & Analysis

Expectation from Candidates:

Responsible for:

Process Ownership of Project Management process
Process Ownership of Measurement & Analysis processes
Enabling the tooling for PM processes
Designing Measurement Scorecards for various Departments at NSETECH
Establishing a Knowledge Management repository at NSETECH
Conducting training on 7 QC Tools, basic Quality concepts and Causal Analysis
Preparing and sending Quality related communication
Ensuring continual improvement of the Metrics and KM processes
Evaluating risks and timely mitigation's
Collating and preparing periodic Metric dashboards for the verticals for management review
Ensuring PM framework is followed & Complied by all teams
