Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters degree in Computer Applications or other equivalent technical field.

Collaborates with appropriate JDA teams on clients behalf to strengthen their credibility as trusted advisors
Demonstrated experience building collaborative relationships with and presenting to Tier 1 Executives and IT operations.
Ensures project team adheres to JDA policies, procedures, methodologies and quality standards
Manages client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
Manages Cloud Services engagements including interactions with client project team and client executives.
Participates in business process analysis or solution design
Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology
Understands customers' businesses and advises customers on the JDA solutions available that apply to their needs.
Understands how JDA solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes
Work with the sales team and customer on developing resource/capacity estimates for new initiatives.
Escalate any project issues including timing, budget, resources, scope and more to upper management in a timely manner
Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
Excellent workflow management tool knowledge (e.g. Service Manager, etc), which enables the ITIL Service Management processes.
Overall 10+ years of experience with 5-6 years of project management activities viz., scoping, estimation, tracking, release & change management
About 2-3 years of experience in Service Management Methodologies & ITIL/ITSM Framework
Project Management Professional (PMP) & ITIL Certification a plus.
Strong decision making skills in a leadership role
Good People Management Skills
