Management of the Service Delivery Team including responsibility for application support, Service management, resource training, process development

Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) in relation to various application, ensuring the SLAs are achieved; service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and process and procedures are followed

Build and maintain relationships with remote team and with client.

Produce management reports to an agreed schedule or upon request.

Attend client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.

Implement and facilitate workshops and training courses for team member

Provide continuous guidance and monitoring to team member.

Maintain operation logs, known error log, and knowledge repository.

Support team extending shift if and when required.

Should be able to understand business criticality of business unit dependency on specific application to interpret severity level of the outage.

Demonstrable experience of having implemented automation to increase productivity as well as customer satisfaction on improvements process.

Role model in own performance standards and demonstrates overall confidence under any situation.

Managing a high pressured and stressful environment

Setting correct priority to manage multiple issues across multiple applications.
