Major roles and responsibilities-
Manage and administrate Salesforce.com CRM and Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
Develop and manage staff to support a 24 / 7 CRM and BI operation.
Handle Salesforce and Cognos BI operational duties.
Document issues and solutions, to ensure best practices are followed
Engage with the analyst team to deploy Salesforce improvements and enhancements
Handle issues promptly and communicate to the end user immediately, meeting our SLAs
Recommend and follow best practices and standards
Analyze changes that affect Salesforce and Cognos BI, whch may include new feature release.
Should review the Salesforce.com releases and analyze its impact on EFI instance.
Required Knowledge / Qualifications / Qualities-
Minimum Bachelors degree (post graduates/IT education would be preferred)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, at least 1 year as a manager
Exceptional Salesforce administrative competencies (i.e. security, workflow, territory rules, reports, dashboards, configuration)
Deep knowledge of dashboard development, report writing, and administration
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
Experience working with global users & stakeholders
Self motivated, focused and have leadership skills
Strong problem solving and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Strong ownership for all given responsibilities
Must be able to learn new technology quickly
The candidate should be willing to work flexible hours as per business need
Well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to multi-tasking environment
Work easily with others and convey pertinent information as needed
Maintains clear understanding with the team members using simple comprehensible language
Encourages 2-way communication with team members and takes feedback constructively

At least 3 years of implementation experience on Salesforce.com and Cognos BI platform
Knowledge on Customer portal and partner portal

Onsite experience in US or Europe
Multiple entry US Business Visa
Salesforce.com Administration certification preferred, but not mandatory
Knowledge on other CRM and BI platforms
