The Service Manager for ERP and BI Domain will be responsible for the overall project deliveries, Resource Management, Stakeholders Management along with liaising with internal Test Management community and supporting client in rolling out new process applicable to domain and service.
The role is based in Bangalore will involve working with people and teams across UK and India.
Main Responsibilities Define and enforce SAP/ BI testing rules, Best Practices and guidelines
Enrich experience in delivering projects in SAP and BI landscapes.
Encourage/ Bring innovation to enhance team efficiencies and effectiveness
Provide primary interface and manage relationship with client Project Managers, Vendor Management team and Internal Test Management team.
Maintain knowledge with in domain with strong knowledge repository and knowledge sharing methodologies.
Leverage capability expertise and assets to meet strategic and tactical goals
Maintain right team and strong knowledge in working core & flex team model.
Should be able to demonstrate they are delivering the valued results that justified their creation through the use of output metrics.
Competencies Required Strong Knowledge in SAP & BI deliveries ( at least 1 project in each areas)
Test Management and working knowledge of tools like Quality center, Sharepoint & Clarity
Good English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
Strong self-management skills
Attention to detail, organized, analytical and with well-developed presentation skills
