o 12-16 Years of IT experience with at least 2-3 years of Outsourcing Experience. Must have at least 2 years past experience in a Technical Manager in middleware support.
o Good knowledge of different Middleware products.
o Delivery Manager role comprises of managing the Service delivery to the customers and also as a people manager for the delivery teams which report to him.
o Delivery Manager strives hard to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery, works to optimize the resources under his control and builds and sustains teams of System Engineers typically 25-28 members.
o Excellent understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and its implementation.
o Excellent knowledge in any two of the below middleware technologies: WebSphere Portal, WebSpere Process Server, WebSphere Message Broker, IBM Tivoli Access Manager.
o Good knowledge of HP-UX, Solaris and Linux.
o Knowledge of Databases, Application servers and WebServers is required.
o Should have worked on large middleware deployments / infrastructure environments.
o Should have around 12+ yrs of IT industry experience of which 2-3 years in Middleware Infrastructure support as a People Manager.
o Must have prior experience in handling 24x7 Operations.
o PMP, ITIL, Green Belt Certifications is a huge Plus.
o Good Customer Interfacing, organization, Planning and execution skills.
o Strong focus on quality methodology and continual improvement.
o Good Negotiating, influencing skills and people managing skills.
o Bachelors degree (16 years).
o ITIL / PMP Certifications desirable.
o IBM WebSphere certification is preferable.
o IBM Tivoli certification preferable.
