Project Manager needs to analyze customer need, conceive learning solutions, and interface with complimentary practices to execute the solution.
Role & Responsibility:
Project Planning & execution:
1. Undertake requirement management with client
2. Estimate effort and timelines for the project
3. Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring
4. Manage project budgets including billing
5. Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team
6. Allocation and review/monitor tasks for the team
7. Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project
8. Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables
9. Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets
10. Finalizing appropriate SMEs for content
11. Coordinate with other groups like CT, CD, HR, CSO for resources/project deliverables.
12. Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards.
13. Support Sales team for solutioning, proposals
14.Entire project Management for E learning content.
15. Involves in entire cycle of content creation,Content delivery to the clients.
16.Candidates from E learning background is preferred.
