Work on Project Scope with key stakeholders
Manage Project Plan through the lifecycle, Risks, Status, Governance Structure, Project sign-off and Reviews
Manage Defined Benefits Implementation/Support projects, tickets and change requests within the agreed timelines
Responsible for mentoring and leading a team of analysts, colleague development & engagement
Manage communication and reports to stakeholders
Delivery of work with quality with acceptable standards
Help define, implement and institutionalize metrics
May manage financial aspects of Project, estimating timescales and costs
Contribute to continuous improvement of projects
Working with project team members to produce standard procedure/documentation
Support business managers in making resourcing decisions
Work with Transition managers during migrations.
Responsible for internal audits for his/her process/project, and participate as auditor in other audits
Workflow analysis & Process Improvements
Provide resolution to issues raised by the employees within the defined SLA
Take accountability for project, process and people
7 - 9 years of total work experience, preferably in HRO Industry with a relevant experience in managing a team of IT and ITES Projects for at least 3-4 yrs.
Defined Benefits Implementation hands-on experience (preferable).
Qualified Candidate must have managed/led a team size of at least 10+ Analysts and should have handled multi projects.
Must have a commanding knowledge and hands on experience with implementation/support projects.
Very strong knowledge on managing SLAs
Good knowledge/experience in Project Management as well as People Management.
