Contribute to the stabilization of the back office platform and its continuous improvement.
More specifically he/she will contribute to process optimization and harmonization.
Liaise with Operations and IT as well as support organization transformation across the Cash Management area.
Diagnosis, analysis, documentation and reengineering of processes on the Cash Management perimeter.
Identifying new opportunities allowing transformation projects.
Follow-up on optimization and continuous improvement projects, support the Operational Teams in the implementation of new processes and associated methods.
Propose enhancements and quick wins (process, organization, or system), and supervise alignment on best practices.
A minimum of 5 years of experience (Cash Management and / or Transition Management experience preferred)
Strong cash management product knowledge, including an understanding of back office teams like Remittances, Loans & Deposits, Cheque Collections and Trade Finance.
Strong knowledge of the key functional areas -- processes, systems and organization (Front, Middle and Back-office, P&L, Accounting/Finance, Risk, Compliance,etc.)
Ability to prepare clear and sound support documentation in line with the type of audience at stake
Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)- A minimum of 5 years of experience (Cash Management and / or Transition Management experience preferred)
